Planning Appeal dismissed Cobby Castle Lane
The parish Council would like to thank residents who supported the decision of Darlington Borough Council to reject the proposed outline planning permission for 9 houses on Cobby Castle Lane. The developer’s appeal to the Government Planning Inspectorate has been dismissed.
