Bishopton Village is located between Darlington and Stockton. It consists of about 450 residents and is well known for its 12th Century Motte.
Although Bishopton Village has a Stockton on Tees postal address and a Sedgefield telephone STD code it is situated in the Borough of Darlington and as such is governed by Darlington Borough Council
The next meeting of Bishopton Parish Council will take place on Wednesday 15th July – 7pm in the Village Hall. This has been changed from 8th July due to the unavailability of the Village Hall.
