Village Defibrillator.
On Thursday 3rd December we installed the defibrillator on the rear wall of the Village Hall. Thanks to Peter Wood and Norman Melaney
The unit is registered with the North East Ambulance Service.
Training will be arranged at some time in the future (probably in the New Year)
If you need to use the machine call the emergency service (ambulance). They will give you the code for the digital lock on the cabinet and talk you through the use of the machine. The unit is portable and has pads already installed on it for use
We are hoping to add a second defibrillator in the village next year.
