Minutes of August 2009 Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting
Held on Wednesday the 5th at 6:30pm in the Village Hall.

Mr. Robinson requested a meeting with BPC and as the next full meeting of BPC was not until September it was decided to ask him to come to the interim meeting.
Discussions took place on current state of development and likely future activities.
A letter stating the conditions to be met required by Bishopton Parish Council was defined and the parish clerk instructed to compose and send it to England and Lyle (Chartered Town Planners engaged by the developer) after ratification by BPC councillors.
J. Good, C. Robinson and C. Leonard left the meeting.

The planning application 09/00463/FUL was discussed, including the comments made by BPC councillors. A letter of objection to the application was outlined, to be composed by P. Wood and subsequently, after ratification by councillors, sent by the clerk to DBC.
